Tee times are ASSIGNED 3 days in advance of the day of play, but can be REQUESTED 4-7 days in advance by following the Automated Tee Time System directions below.  Tee times can also be requested the day of play by calling the golf shop (Championship courses) or the starter building (Executive courses).  Phone numbers are listed below.  It is recommended using the Automated Tee Time System during the busier months (September – April), especially for multiple players.

A Village Resident 6 digit identification number and 4 digit personal identification number are required to make reservations.

TO REQUEST A TEE TIME

1.  Enter your 6 digit resident ID number
2.  Enter your 4 digit personal ID number
3.  Enter “1” for golf
4.  Enter “1” for tee time request
5.  Enter “1” if you are one of the golfers, “2” if you won’t be playing
6.  Enter the number of the day you wish to play Sunday (1), Monday (2), Tuesday (3), Wednesday (4), Thursday (5), Friday (6), Saturday (7)
7.  Enter total number of golfers as a two digit number (e.g. 04 for 4 players)
8.  Enter the 6 digit resident ID for each golfer, or “**” for a guest.  If entered as a guest, the system will ask you for the 6 digit resident ID number of the host (from step 1)
9.  Enter the time of day you want to play (4 digits – 2 digit hour, 2 digit minutes.  For example, 8:15am will be 0815)
10.  Enter the earliest time you would play (4 digit time as in step 9)
11.  Enter the latest time you would play (4 digit time) Note: a longer time window increases your chances of getting a tee time.
12.  Enter “1” for Championship course, “2” for Executive Course
13.  Enter “1” to select all courses, “2” for courses north of County Road 466, “3” for courses south of County Road 466 (see below for courses north/south of 466), “4” to select an individual course.  (see course numbers below)
14.  Enter “1” for time over course preference, “2” for course over time preference
15.  Enter “1” to verify request, “2” to continue.  If “1” selected, write down your request number.
