Clean and Comfortable
This home was so clean and comfortable for our 2 week stay! The home was conveniently located to everything, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous for December/January, sunny and 70's every day! We took the golf cart daily to the dog park , pools, country clubs with nightly entertainment, and the town squares. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will be back! Thank you!

Best I Ever Stayed At!
This rental was by far the best I ever stayed at. Everything was as described in the listing. The house was squeaky clean throughout and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and even has a outside pizza oven that we utilized for making a great pizza one evening. The hosts were very helpful and responded within minutes to any questions that we had. There was a brand new golf cart that was very useful for getting around. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to even renting it again in the future.

Above All Others
I’ve stayed in several vacation rentals in many locations and this home was, by far, above all the others! Kathleen and Patrick have updated/upgraded beds, pillows, towels! The home was well stocked with kitchen items, utensils, coffee filters. We didn’t take the time to enjoy the pizza oven on this short trip, but hope to do so someday, when it’s available again! The place is nicely decorated, but not overly done so that we still had room for our “stuff”! Above all else, the level of communication was fantastic! I had several questions before arriving and it was never long before an answer popped up! If you are looking for a place in The Villages and this is available, don’t hesitate!! pizza oven that we utilized for making a great pizza one evening. The hosts were very helpful and responded within minutes to any questions that we had. There was a brand new golf cart that was very useful for getting around. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to even renting it again in the future.

Wonderful Location
This is a wonderful location to stay in The Villages. The location is convenient for any activities you'll be doing around The Villages or neighboring regions. The house is easy to access and is very modern and clean. It's obvious the amount of time and care put into making this a perfect getaway. BOOK IT!
You have lots of choices when it comes to a short term rental...however not every STR stacks up to what your expectations for a getaway are. This one will not dissappoint - we have Stayed here twice now and this is "THE ONE" no reason to go elsewhere. The details - small things are taken care of here - nicely stocked kitchen, extra pillows, golf cart heaven, huge TV when needing to veg out, a hammock to go meditate in, a pizza oven - BAM! Yep - no reason to spend any more minutes searching as this is super clean, quiet, safe, has what you need. If it is open BOOK IT.

Absolutely Recommend
We absolutely recommend the Retreat at Belleaire. This is a beautiful home, extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The beds were very comfortable & the shower amazing. The large lanai was a plus too for enjoying our morning coffee & evening cocktails. Next time we’re in the area, we will definitely book here again!

Loved this Home!
I absolutely loved this home! Kathleen has spared NO EXPENSE when it comes to her guests and the amenities it has. Fully stocked EVERYTHING and large tvs everywhere! What really blew me away was the vary luxuriously comfortable beds their Tempur-pedic so comfortable I slept so well! And the fact the rental comes with a tricked out golf cart is just the cherry on top! This is a good community and you can take the golf cart to entertainment, grab some groceries or even just wanna go to dinner it’s all in driving reach. Would easily return to this lovely gem!

Such a comfortable stay. The safest neighborhood we’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable furniture, great kitchen, just overall a great stay. Next time we come back we’ll do more than one night so we can enjoy the community a little bit more on the golf cart.

We had a great time at the Belle Aire Retreat! The home was spotless. Our favorite amenities were the back porch area and the huge TVs in the living room and master suite. Communication was always quick and easy, and everything was exactly as advertised. We would definitely recommend staying!

Aims to Please!
Kathleen aims to please. She answered any questions immediately and provided so many extras that most hosts don’t include. The house was totally updated and very clean. We loved the layout with bedrooms on each side of the house and living space in between. The kitchen had everything you would need and everything seemed brand new. The outdoor grill, 2 wall mounted big screen smart tvs (one in the master bedroom) and the gas stove with air fryer and griddle were all very nice. We really loved the lanai and ate most of our meals out there. Mulberry Dog Park was close by, we exercised our dog just around the corner at a large field behind the temple and we enjoyed the proximity to Glenview Country Club driving range and patio. Thank you Kathleen for a wonderful stay!

The house is lovely. The kitchen has everything we needed. The rooms are so comfortable, truly a home away from home. The lanai, my favorite place, is beautiful and so relaxing.

We enjoyed our week stay in The Villages at this very nice home. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very nice having access to a golf cart to checkout the area. There were bikes as well, but unfortunately it was too cold to use them while we were there. An added bonus was the ripe grapefruits on the tree in the backyard!

Everything was Perfect
We stayed at Kathleen's place on a recent trip to The Villages to visit my in-laws. Everything was perfect! The house was nicely decorated and included everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the comfortable seating and hammock on the screened patio and appreciated the lower lighting provided by the string lights. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pizza oven and golf cart! Next time : )

I LOVED this Place
I LOVED this place. First thing, it is immaculate! Super clean, not cluttered yet still cozy and homey. Great lanai and it's very private, facing greenery in back. They sort of thought of everything, there's a cord with 3 chargers attached to each clock radio on both sides of bed in each room. I worked and played, had good internet service, instructions are there for all gadgets, entertainment and golf cart. I will check this airbnb first when booking again but I'm guessing they will be quite popular!

Perfect Home Away From Home
We loved staying at Kathleen’s place—it was clean, gorgeous and perfectly located for visiting family and enjoying all the amenities The Villages have to offer. Kathleen was an excellent communicator, and everything from our arrival to departure went incredibly smoothly. The house is spacious and well-decorated with a wonderful kitchen and very comfy beds. It’s close to everything. We loved having access to the golf cart and used it several times. Kathleen also arranged for passes to be available for us to get into the recreation facilities, which was great. With family in the Villages, we know we’ll be back—we are so glad we found Kathleen’s place and will definitely make this our first choice whenever we visit in the future. It’s a perfect home away from home for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Better Than Pictured
Absolutely wonderful stay at Kathleen’s house. Kathleen’s communication was amazing and any questions we had, were addressed within minutes. The house itself was actually better than pictured. Bed was extremely comfortable with high end linens and towels. Master shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t cook but there was definitely everything one would need to whip up a gourmet meal and cook it all on the brand new gas stove with griddle. Every bedroom was equipped with cell phone chargers as well as a nice illuminated clock giving you the outdoor temperature. Kathleen provided everything one would need to get started at move in. Plenty of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, spices, coffee and more. Kathleen thought of absolutely everything that will make your stay most comfortable. Great neighborhood, we actually met 3 different neighbors who were all very friendly and welcoming. The extra bonus is the golf cart provided. It is very difficult to rent a golf cart in the Villages as they won’t take reservations so having that provided was fabulous and the best way to get around within the Villages. I will definitely book this house again when I return to the Villages.

Spotless!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. Any questions were answered promptly by Kathleen and Patrick. We enjoyed the massive TV in the living room and the open layout for my friend’s birthday weekend. There’s tons of space in the master bedroom. The water pressure was great too! We had a great time at the Villages (and enjoyed touring in the golf cart!) and we are looking forward to coming back!
